Free exam retake

Who qualifies

• You bought the AI-Driven Project Manager Certification (preparation material, latest Masterclass recording and exam voucher) at learn.pmairevolution.com between 6:00 AM Madrid time (CET) on November 6 and 11:59 PM Pacific Time on November 30, 2026.
• The free retake belongs to the candidate who used the voucher from this purchase, including when a company paid for it. It can't be transferred to someone else, sold or exchanged for money.
• Purchases made anywhere else, for example through a training partner, are not covered.

When you get it

• Only if you fail the exam. If you pass, there is no free retake, not even to improve your score.
• Take your first exam with the voucher from your purchase before it expires (exam vouchers are valid for 12 months).
• A missed exam, a cancelled booking, or an attempt that APMG International cancels because the exam rules were broken does not count as a fail.
• Take both exams on the same APMG International candidate account, with the same email address. We match your request to your purchase through your voucher code.

How to ask for it

Write to [email protected] within 30 days of your exam result, with:

• your full name;
• the email address on your APMG International candidate account, and the one you used to buy, if different;
• the voucher code you used;
• the date and time of your exam;
• your result;
• proof that you did not pass: forward the result email from APMG International and attach the result PDF. A screenshot of the result helps too.

Your retake voucher

• Within 5 business days of receiving your complete request, we send you one new exam voucher, for your use only, to the email address on your APMG International candidate account.
• The new voucher is valid for 90 days from the day we send it. Book and take your retake within that time.
• There is one free retake per purchase. If you don't pass the retake, any further attempt is booked and paid directly with APMG International, as usual.
• The retake voucher has no cash value and can't be refunded.

Good to know

• If you get a refund for your purchase, the free retake ends with it.
• The free retake doesn't extend your access to the preparation material, which lasts 12 months from enrollment.
• If something is missing or doesn't match our records, we'll ask you for more. We may decline a request we can't verify.
• These terms cover every purchase made during Black Friday Month 2026, and later changes won't apply to you. They don't affect your rights as a consumer.
